Story
We are Avitium Partners. Located in Montana, Avitium Partners is an organization formed to pursue innovative and sustainable justice for the most vulnerable populations in our society. We are striving to make inroads with state government to address the significant disparity in the justice system and offer creative solutions for representation and advocacy.
Meet the Team
We should be judged by how we deal with the hard case, the hard problem. We are committed to doing just that, by reawakening our curiosity, embracing the wisdom we discover, and connecting with our humanity and the world around us.
Myshell is a social justice attorney specializing in the representation of children and other vulnerable populations. She has taught and trained others in the system to better address the challenges inherent in advocating for the accused while striking a balance to reach creative and just resolutions.
